CT/CONE BEAM SCANNER
Whether it is a single dental implant that needs to be put into place or another more complex treatment that a patient requires, our CT/Cone Beam Scanner is a great way to see a more in-depth look at what lies beneath the gumline. Consisting of a 360-degree rotating arm, the device scans the entirety of a person’s facial structure, capturing images of nerve pathways, blood vessels, teeth, gums, bones, and any other intricate detail before creating a 3D model that is used for proper treatment planning.
INTRAORAL CAMERAS
Instead of listening to a dentist discuss what is happening inside their mouth, patients can now see it for themselves thanks to intraoral cameras. As a camera-tipped, handheld device that scans the mouth, this unique piece of technology not only pinpoints problem areas but also serves to educate individuals on the benefits of good oral hygiene as well as why certain dental treatments are required to address various oral health issues.
DIGITAL DENTAL X-RAYS
Fast, effective, and high-resolution are just a few of the words used to describe the new and improved digital dental X-rays. While traditional radiographs were semi-effective, they lacked clarity, emitted higher levels of radiation, and took much time to develop. With the updated digital ones that are now used in dental offices, the images are captured in seconds, radiation exposure is much lower, and dentists and patients can see below the gumline more clearly.
